Who We Are
Lone Wolf is a family first, and a farm second. Everyone on our farm is family, literally. Founded by two brothers, Lone Wolf Family Farms is now home to four other families (another pair of brothers and three couples) living and working together in and around the Quartz Mountains of Southwest Oklahoma.
With the quietude that comes with living in the tiny town Lone Wolf, OK, comes the patience necessary to grow our crops the right way—alongside Mother Nature, never against her. We are committed to Nature, and to providing all Oklahomans with Health, Healing, and Happiness.
What We Do
We grow all-natural cannabis, always abiding by the principles of Natural Farming. Natural Farming is a method of growing crops that mimics Mother Nature, using minimal inputs and no added chemicals. You can read more about that here.
In addition to growing cannabis and small batches of other crops, we look to spread knowledge and good vibes to all Oklahomans. We look to educate others about Natural Farming and its benefits, hoping to one day help wean Americans off the bottle of Big Agriculture conglomerates like Bayer and Monsanto, who dominate the industry and disrespect our planet. We also hope to educate the public more about how to operate their own home-grows, whether for cannabis or not. Beyond educating, we hope to spread smiles and provide Health, Healing, and Happiness for all.
Why We Do It
We grow cannabis and other crops to promote not only Health, Healing, and Happiness, but also Mother Nature and small businesses. As a Natural Farm, we believe that Mother Nature knows best, and we ought to grow with her, not against her. We also believe that small businesses and family farms ought to have a place in our economy, that consumers ought to have a choice beyond the endlessly standardized and chemically altered crops they’re usually presented with.
We grow to promote growth, for individuals and industries alike.
Guiding Principles/Values
Natural
When we do anything, we want it to be natural. Our flower is all natural, all the time, and our farm always abides by the tenets of Natural Farming, meaning there are no chemicals, fertilizers, or other additives at any point of the grow process. Everything is grown as if it was still in Mother Nature’s bosom—our farming methods mimic the natural processes that allow plants to grow their happiest and healthiest selves. Not only do we grow naturally, but we do our best to educate and promote natural farming practices that are unfortunately not given the attention they deserve in our commercialized agricultural industry. We don’t do anything if it ain’t the best. Our flower is not only all natural, but it’s Oklahoma’s finest. Our pre-roll box may as well become a family heirloom with how well it’s made. And our shirts are so comfortable we suggest you don’t wear them driving—you might fall asleep.
What makes our flower great? It’s a mix of things: top-shelf genetics; experienced farmers; and superior, all-natural grow methods. We grow the extra mile to ensure our product is the best. You can feel the freshness and taste the terpenes with each toke.
The Little Guy
Like most people, we’re tired of our crops (especially our cannabis) being grown by corporations looking to make a profit instead of people trying to provide for their families. Nowadays the agricultural industry is overshadowed by giants like Bayer, Dow, Syngenta, and others. These companies own the entire web of products, from the seeds to the pesticides that these seeds will later require.
Lone Wolf Family Farms hopes to have a role in the public’s recognition and renunciation of these awful trends. We hope to educate consumers about other options they have and how they can support small farmers instead of the multinational conglomerates that dominate grocery stores around the world.
